Marketplace safety
Practical steps for safer listings, conversations, payments and handovers.
Before you buy
Review the listing, seller profile, condition, price, delivery or pickup terms, and any return terms. Ask questions through marketplace messages. For an in-person handover, choose a public place where practical and inspect the item before paying. Do not rely on screenshots as proof that a payment has cleared.
Protect your money and accounts
Use only the payment method shown at checkout or directly agreed with the seller. Follow the payment provider’s own instructions and keep receipts and messages. Never share your password, one-time code, recovery code, or full payment credentials with another user. Be cautious of requests to pay extra fees, move to unfamiliar links, or release an item before payment is confirmed.
When you sell
Describe the item accurately, disclose known defects, confirm the total price and fulfillment details in writing, and verify payment in your own account before handing over goods. Package and hand over goods with reasonable care and retain proof of dispatch or collection. Do not list unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
Report concerns
Use the report control on a listing to notify staff about suspected scams, prohibited items, or misleading content. Reporting does not guarantee recovery of money or goods. Contact your bank, payment provider, or the relevant authorities promptly if you suspect fraud.
Platform role
Listings and user statements are supplied by users. Unless a page expressly identifies Daily Minimart as the seller, the seller is responsible for the goods and agreed fulfillment. A verification badge, where present, only describes the verification stated on that profile; it is not a guarantee of a seller, listing, or item.
